Paranormal Estates: Haunted Robberies uses Epic Online Services to provide account authentication and online multiplayer. Grand Mishap Studios does not sell personal information or use player information for advertising.

Paranormal Estates: Haunted Robberies is independently developed and published by Moe Savari, operating under the trade name Grand Mishap Studios ("Grand Mishap Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Paranormal Estates: Haunted Robberies, its online multiplayer features, or contact us for support.
2. Information Processed
Epic Account and online-service information
Paranormal Estates: Haunted Robberies uses Epic Account Services and Epic Online Services (EOS). When you choose to sign in, Epic may provide or process information needed to authenticate you and operate multiplayer features, such as an Epic Account identifier, Product User ID, display name, basic profile information, friends information, and online presence, subject to the permissions you approve through Epic.
Multiplayer and session information
To let players host, discover, and join games, EOS may process session, lobby, connection, matchmaking, and player-status information. Network information may also be processed as necessary to establish and maintain peer-to-peer multiplayer connections.
Technical and diagnostic information
The game and EOS may generate technical information such as platform details, game version, connection status, service errors, crash information, and diagnostic logs. Local game logs may remain on your device. If you voluntarily send logs to us for support, they may contain this technical information.
Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic files.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:
- authenticate players and connect the game to Epic Online Services;
- create, advertise, discover, host, and join multiplayer sessions;
- provide friends and presence features that a player authorizes;
- maintain game functionality, security, and reliability;
- diagnose crashes, connection failures, and support requests; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and protect players and the service.
4. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, information is processed to provide the game and online services you request, based on your consent when Epic asks you to authorize account permissions, for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the game, and where required by law.
5. Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by Epic Games and its service providers to operate Epic Account Services and EOS. Epic's handling of information is governed by the Epic Games Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or when reasonably necessary to protect players, our rights, or the security of the game.
6. Data Retention
Grand Mishap Studios does not currently operate a separate player-account database for Paranormal Estates: Haunted Robberies. Epic retains information processed through its services according to its own policies. Support emails and voluntarily supplied diagnostic information are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain appropriate records, or comply with legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, multiplayer connection, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may decline Epic account permissions, although online features that depend on them may not function. You can manage your Epic account and privacy choices through Epic's services. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information handled by Grand Mishap Studios.

9. Children's Privacy
Paranormal Estates: Haunted Robberies is not directed to children under 13, and Grand Mishap Studios does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
10. International Processing
Epic and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards applicable to their processing.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Paranormal Estates: Haunted Robberies and its online features develop. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
